About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and set clear goals and objectives for your team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Event Director to develop campaign strategies
- Review and manage sales plan targets and budget
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
