Raw Materials Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Materials Coordinator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that all raw materials meet specifications, legislation, and customer requirements.
  • Manage documentation for raw materials and collaborate with the Procurement and Planning teams to address any raw material issues.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances to provide data for resolution with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with updated customer technical policies, current labeling standards, and regulatory changes.
  • Follow relevant process development procedures and document them correctly.
  • Support internal auditing and help maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Technical background in Quality Assurance or Specifications.
  • Experience in raw materials would be highly advantageous.
  • Non-conformance reporting techniques.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Level 2 Health and Safety certifications.
  • Basic HACCP awareness.
