Age UK is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

We have an exciting opportunity to work with our fantastic team in Maidenhead, supporting our Store Managers in all aspects of the business.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our valued team of Sales Assistants and volunteers, ensuring customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively with the Shop Manager, lead a team of volunteers and staff, and delegate and coach staff effectively.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage time under conflicting priorities are essential for this role.

We offer a 21 hour working week, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) + bank holiday allowance, a generous pension, and great discounts and rewards through Blue Light Card and BenefitHub.

To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to work independently in the shop without the aid of other staff.
