Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Critical Care Coordinator. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of patients to and from medical facilities, ensuring timely and safe arrival.
  • Work closely with medical teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers and facilities to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that deadlines are met and patients receive timely care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that patient information is accurately and efficiently communicated.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient care and transportation services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our services are of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong work ethic and the initiative and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and good listening skills. Can follow complex instructions.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills (both written and spoken).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Experience of working in an insurance or compliance environment would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and an additional language German, French or Italian speakers (2nd language is not essential).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
  • Strong customer service skills, both for telephony and written communications.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be adaptive to the needs of the team.

  • Competitive Salary of £54,000 - £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
