About the Role

Level Up Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving sales performance across our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel and Regional Development Managers to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of visibility and presence within allocated responsibilities, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and preferences.
  • Sales Performance Improvement: Analyze sales performance and processes, making recommendations and implementing action plans to drive improvement.
  • Training and Development: Deliver group training sessions to sales staff, coaching and mentoring to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Submit sales reports and target trackers, recording development activity and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Client Hospitality: Plan and host client hospitality packages, representing the business at sales conferences and networking events.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of our client's business, market conditions, and regulatory requirements, operating within and promoting the company's compliance framework.
