The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Compliance Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the adherence to robust and efficient controls, including FCA regulation. Your expertise will help us identify, resolve, and mitigate any related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Embed and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Complete regular horizon scanning activities and provide business support
  • Conduct independent assurance testing as per the compliance monitoring plan
  • Provide oversight of key business processes with significant regulatory impact
  • Review consumer outcomes, including vulnerable customer reviews
  • Support, guide, and advise the business on compliance and risk control issues
Requirements
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn
  • Attention to detail and excellent written & verbal communications skills
