Compliance Assurance Officer

The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Assurance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular horizon scanning activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Providing independent assurance testing and oversight of key business processes
  • Reviewing consumer outcomes and providing guidance on compliance and risk control issues
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support our compliance agenda

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in a UK Financial Services firm, preferably in an oversight role
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with regulatory requirements, including the FCA's PRIN, CONC, DISP, SYSC, and SUP
