Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and offer appropriate referrals to ensure individuals receive the necessary support.
  • Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records in our company database, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, providing empathetic and non-judgmental support to distressed or at-risk individuals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your counselling skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Maintain an active caseload of video counselling clients, ensuring timely and effective support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Level 4 diploma in counselling and relevant experience in a crisis support role.
  • BACP registered member in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Motivation to meet deadlines and targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to our clients.
  • High computer literacy and experience with telephony and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
