**Job Title:** Teaching Assistant - Secondary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in one of our secondary schools in Ellesmere Port.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in delivering lessons, supporting students with their learning, and contributing to the overall well-being of the school community.

  • Assist teaching staff in preparing and delivering lessons.
  • Provide additional support to students who require extra help.
  • Liaise with teaching staff and the senior leadership team regarding student progress and behavior.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Salary:** £20,500-£23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above).

  • While not essential, a degree or experience in education or a related field is highly desirable.
