This position involves managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to expand our presence in the market. You'll work closely with our experienced team to learn everything about the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening to client briefings, management, and job placement.

With a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum plus an excellent commission structure (15-25%), you'll also enjoy 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing annually, an extensive range of financial, wellbeing, and social benefits, and an exciting career progression path.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience or target-driven skills, resilience, self-motivation, and a genuine enjoyment of speaking to people. A good work ethic and heaps of drive and enthusiasm are also essential for success in this role.
