Asthma and COPD Care Coordinator

This is a fixed-term/secondment vacancy until August 2025. The postholder will provide valuable support to patients who have been diagnosed with Asthma, COPD, or other respiratory conditions at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, providing care to patients in acute and clinic settings. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working with patients and professional staff to deliver high-quality care.
