Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client;">
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support;">
  • Participating in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge;">
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to minimize risks to clients and staff.">

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a care-related setting, preferably in a similar role;">
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;">
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods;">
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;">
  • Enhanced DBS check.">
