At Alina Homecare, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Assistant to join our team in Eastleigh. As a Disability Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in enabling our clients to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending appointments with clients to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Accompanying clients to day centres for social activities and to promote a sense of community.
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Assisting with medication management and creating routines to ensure clients take their medication as prescribed.
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks to promote a balanced diet.
  • Supporting clients with shopping tasks, including budgeting and meal planning.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and is willing to learn and develop their skills. As a Disability Support Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to provide high-quality support and enable our clients to live fulfilling lives.
