About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Sexy Fish, a renowned dining destination in the heart of Mayfair. As a pioneer in the culinary scene, we offer a unique blend of art, fashion, and culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients.
- Contribute to menu development and bring ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
