Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our school's pastoral care team as a Child and Family Liaison Officer. In this position, you will work closely with students, parents, carers, and the wider community to provide support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, children, and staff.
  • PASTORAL CARE: Provide support and guidance to students and their families to overcome barriers to learning.
  • TEAMWORK: Work collaboratively with the Pastoral Team and Leadership Team to achieve common goals.
  • SOCIAL AWARENESS: Understand and respect social, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds and heritage.
  • SAFEGUARDING: Experience in safeguarding children, child protection, and education management information systems.
  • GENERAL SKILLS: Possess a good general level of education, a sense of humour, and be adaptable and resourceful.
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
