About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team at Bupa. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and delivering engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events.
  • Support residents in participating in activities, promoting independence and choice.
  • Organize and coordinate events, outings, and performances that bring joy and excitement to our residents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating activity plans, managing paperwork, and maintaining records.
  • Contribute to the development of our social media channels by sharing engaging content and promoting our activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in activity coordination or a related field, with a focus on delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of our residents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
