About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare.
About You
- You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to be considered for this role.
- You should have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and a passion for delivering person-centered care.
- You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents.
