C&C Search is delighted to present an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a reputable private equity firm in Central London.

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Support two Managing Partners in their daily activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event planning, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management: manage the diary and schedule of the MD and Investor Relations team.
  • Travel coordination: organize and coordinate travel, accommodation, and other logistics for complex global trips.
  • Meeting scheduling: schedule internal and external meetings, including co-ordinating complex meetings, speaking engagements, and board attendance.
  • Relationship management: cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Document preparation: produce, format, and type documents.
  • Project coordination: keep track of timelines, milestones, and deliverables, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns proactively.
  • Event support: assist the wider team with events.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an EA in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work with discretion and tact.
  • A flexible approach, available to support out of hours when needed.
