Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Suedheide Geniessen. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our staff in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff in the Pre-School Room, ensuring the delivery of our ethos and curriculum.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
  • Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years.
  • Over 6 months' experience working in a senior position.
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations.
  • Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
