About the Role:

We are recruiting a seasoned Building Consultancy Lead to oversee the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our business strategy and driving growth.

As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise in construction contracts, project management, and stakeholder engagement will be invaluable assets to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Conduct regular project progress meetings with stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues to the Project Director as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or contracting firm.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, including NEC3 and JCT.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
