AP/AR Analyst Position at Be-IT Ltd

Company Background:

Be-IT Ltd is a fast-growing events management business that has experienced significant growth over the past 18 months. To support this expansion, we need to enhance our financial operations, including strengthening our Accounts Receivable and Payables functions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an AP/AR Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing the entire AP/AR process, from invoice issuance and tracking to reconciliation and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire AP/AR process, including invoice issuance, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Process Zendesk tickets for AP and AR efficiently, meeting agreed SLAs
  • Fulfill ad-hoc duties as required to support the team and meet business needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AP and AR roles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage complex tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, as well as familiar with accounting and purchasing software
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
