School Teaching Positions

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for supply and long-term positions in the Banbury area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assess progress: Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Classroom management: Create a positive learning environment that promotes good behaviour and academic growth.
  • Support students: Identify and support individual needs to ensure academic success.
  • Engage parents: Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
  • Professional growth: Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to school activities.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure student safety by following safeguarding policies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
