About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Compliance Specialist to join our team at Arcus FM. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support on HSQE matters across the business, ensuring compliance with internal and legislative requirements.
  • Lead the mobilisation of new contracts and business divisions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to HSQE standards.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and COSHH evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and driving continual enhancement.
  • Investigate accidents, providing timely and accurate reports, and supporting line managers in their investigations.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring thoroughness and professionalism.
  • Develop strong relationships throughout the business, fostering a culture of HSQE excellence.
  • Deliver site visits, engagement days, and meetings, providing on-site support to operational teams.
  • Analyse company statistics, creating insightful reports and presentations to inform business decisions.
  • Design and deliver engaging Toolbox Talks and HSQE training sessions, covering topics such as CDM Awareness, Permit to Work, Legionella Awareness, Risk Assessment, and Fire Evacuation.
Requirements
  • IOSH membership.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Environmental qualification or experience.
  • Fire Safety qualification.
