Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Consultant to join our team at Arcus FM. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to provide expert support and guidance on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) matters across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with our HSQE Lead Business Partner to ensure compliance with internal and legislative requirements, while driving continual improvement and delivering exceptional HSQE performance.

This role offers a unique blend of challenges and responsibilities, including:

  • Providing expert HSQE guidance and support to various operational divisions and corporate functions.
  • Mobilizing new contracts and additional business divisions, ensuring seamless integration and effective risk management.
  • Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and accident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading and supporting audits, site inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with corporate and HSQE process requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to implement, deliver, and comply with HSQE requirements.
  • Providing on-site support to operational teams through site visits, engagement days, and meetings.
  • Creating and reviewing Toolbox Talks and HSQE training materials, including delivery of critical training sessions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in HSQE, preferably with IOSH membership and a NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
