Job Title: Teacher of Mathematics

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Mathematics to join our team at Cambian Hereford School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students aged 11-19 and will be expected to deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students aged 11-19
• Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Work collaboratively with other teachers to plan and deliver curriculum
• Contribute to the development of Mathematics curriculum and resources

Requirements:

• Qualified Teaching Status or a Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Qualification
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths curriculum
• Ability to lead and manage Maths
• Committed and enthusiastic teacher
• Ability to plan and assess pupils' work
• Ability to manage time effectively
• High level of written and communication skills
• To display sensitivity to the needs of others
• To demonstrate the ability to support colleagues and to work as a member of a team
• To demonstrate the ability to motivate both pupils and colleagues
