This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading social care organisation that prioritises the well-being of adults with complex care needs.
This is a Permanent Floating Support Worker role offering a competitive hourly rate and a full-time contract.
As a member of our floating support team, you will enjoy assisting individuals in various ways, providing highly skilled and flexible support to ensure they enjoy fulfilled lives. You will report directly to the Resource Allocation Manager and work in the New Milton area, providing support to adults with learning disabilities.
All training is provided and paid for. We have various shift patterns, including working some weekends and sleep ins (as required), and some bank holidays. This will be discussed with you during the interview process, and you will be given an overview of the different services and locations you would be required to work in.
Due to the geographical coverage, ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential.
