Job Title: Contract Performance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Officer to join our team at D S D. As a key member of our Highway Works Delivery team, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling operational services on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control operational services, ensuring that the authority standards of workmanship are maintained.
  • Monitor and supervise performance and productivity of all site operatives.
  • Remedy any unsatisfactory works and deal with misconduct or performance issues with the Team Leader.
  • Supervise and maintain all tools and equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the management of Lead Operatives and Operatives within delegated areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with Winter Maintenance duties and possible weekends
  • Level 2 Disability Confident employer

Work Environment:

Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough Council Recruitment, Bedford
