Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our team and work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. This role is ideal for an individual who has experience of planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
  • Maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the ability to design and facilitate group activities, ensuring a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We offer a competitive salary of £12.13 per hour, along with 30 hours of work per week (4 x 7.5 hours).
