Job Overview

Specsavers is seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to manage our administration office and team of administration assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of administration assistants to ensure the efficient operation of the administration office.
  2. Oversee the payroll process for store employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  3. Monitor call centre calls to maintain high quality standards and implement improvements.
  4. Run regular reports to maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the smooth running of the administration office.

Essential Skills

  1. Proven experience in a fast-paced administration environment.
  2. Strong systems literacy, with the ability to use different IT systems effectively, including Office 365.
  3. Experience leading a team is desirable but not essential.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
