Job Title: Security Concierge Officer
Location: Site Based
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Security Concierge Officer to join our team at our client's site in Edinburgh. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our clients' premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access to buildings and monitor CCTV systems.
- Conduct regular visual inspections to ensure the security of the premises.
- Liaise with on-site clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate with mail delivery and courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of packages.
- Patrol the premises and identify potential security risks.
- Administer emergency first aid care in the event of an incident.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence.
- First Aid Training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
