Job Title: Head of Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day Compliance advice to the Board and overseeing the management and ongoing development of the Compliance Monitoring plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Compliance advice to the Board and senior management on regulatory matters
  • Develop and implement Compliance Monitoring plans to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct horizon scanning to identify potential regulatory risks and ensure the business adapts accordingly
  • Review and assess the adequacy of EDD, CDD, KYC, and KYB processes, as well as the overall AML/CTF framework
  • Provide ongoing assessment of Financial Crime risks facing the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Investment Management arena
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and excellent communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Experience operating as an SMF16/17 is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work in a hands-on manner and be close to the coalface
