About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support and create a positive learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with autistic students and a strong understanding of their needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a tailored learning experience
  • Communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in the beautiful countryside of Cranleigh, Surrey, this role offers a perfect blend of work-life balance and career growth opportunities.
