About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team in Glasgow or Edinburgh office. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's commercial practice in a challenging and varied area of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate cases at the pre-litigation stage, gathering evidence and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation.
  • Manage a variety of complex, specialized cases related to historical abuse and injuries resulting from violent crimes or harassment.
  • Approach cases with care, sensitivity, and empathy due to their sensitive nature.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in general or specialized personal injury law, civil litigation, or a commercial litigation background.
  • Strong litigation knowledge and ability to provide support to clients.
  • Proven track record of managing and supporting their own caseloads.
