About the Role:

Cotswold Farm Park is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join our F&B Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Ox Shed Restaurant, Bar, Food Outlets, and Pop-Up and Event Catering provisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the park's food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and meet budget targets.
  • Liaise with the Food Operations Manager, chef team, and service team to maintain agreed standards of food presentation and service.
  • Manage and oversee other food and beverage outlets within the park.
  • Undertake F&B Duty Management shifts, responsible for all front-of-house aspects of food service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
