About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team in Earls Barton. As a key player in our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary: Your main responsibilities will include receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. You will also be required to provide support to the warehouse team and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £24,713 per annum, plus additional bonuses when criteria are achieved. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a starting rate of £12.65 per hour and Monday to Friday working hours from 0830 to 1700.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a basic understanding of stock management principles, previous experience in warehouse administration, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems would be beneficial.
