Job Title: SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education - Watford. As a SEN Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to children with special educational needs in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with special educational needs
* Assist teachers in the classroom to ensure children with special educational needs are able to access the curriculum
* Develop and implement strategies to support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure children with special educational needs are able to make progress

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience working with children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
