About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Mayflower Court, a modern purpose-built care home in Norwich.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting with personal care and support tasks, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in line with our person-centred care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication as required.
  • Enable service users to make informed choices and promote their independence through person-centred care planning.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities that promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate effectively with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
