Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who are currently studying or have graduated with a degree in Optometry, preferably from a UK University. The successful candidate will participate in a -month course, gaining hands-on experience in providing high-quality eye care services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out eye examinations, diagnose visual problems, and prescribe appropriate solutions such as glasses or contact lenses.
  • Work under the supervision of experienced Optometrists and tutors to develop skills and knowledge in all aspects of the customer journey, including eye examinations, contact lens fitting, and dispensing glasses and contact lenses.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their care.
