Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you will embark on a 6-month training and development programme designed to prepare you for the role of a Store Manager. This comprehensive programme aims to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role, while also providing hands-on experience in managing day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing colleagues, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and encourage team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Support colleagues in store with strong leadership and management skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the recruitment process for the store, working closely with Regional Managers and the Store Support Centre team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
