We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to residents at our care home in Carterton, Oxfordshire.
About the Job
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £32,375 per annum (£14.15 per hour) for up to 44 hours a week working through on nights. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care needs.
- Leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Passionate about caring for older people.
- Previous care experience.
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
