Purchase Ledger Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Ethero. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in financial administration, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.35. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a purchase ledger role, with excellent communication and technical skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Inputting non-PO invoices into NetSuite, including nominal coding
  • Clearing the Purchase Ledger inbox daily
  • Sending remittances for the weekly payment run (every Friday)
  • Supporting with input of PO invoices
  • Handling supplier queries via phone and email
