Job Description

Accountability Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to provide maternity cover for a well-established company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective team coordination and work processes throughout the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Coordination: Manage daily schedules, ensure seamless communication between departments, and oversee project resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on project status, workloads, and accounts, and analyze project data, timelines, and budgets.
  • Customer Service: Answer and manage customer requests, assist on client calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meeting Management: Arrange production meetings, manage meeting agendas, follow-up reports, and minutes.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, confident in tracking multiple tasks across various projects, and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience in creating documentation and proofreading/reporting is essential.

This is a 6-9 month maternity leave contract, with potential for extension. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
