Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in the Christchurch, Dorset area. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be working for a leading healthcare provider.

This exceptional nursing home specializes in nursing and dementia care, offering a unique and rewarding work environment. As the Clinical Lead Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to residents, working collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners, ensuring the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
  • Accurately assessing the needs of residents and identifying priorities of care, ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard.
  • Administering all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
  • Ensuring that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, and reporting any ill-health amongst residents and making requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating. Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments, as well as the ability to engage with service users to understand their needs, is also highly desirable.

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive a competitive salary up to £48,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
