Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in the Christchurch, Dorset area. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver person-centred care to residents
  • Assess the needs of residents and develop individual care plans
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents and request GP/professional visits as necessary
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care
  • Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
  • Confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, internal and external professionals, families, and visitors
