Administrative Team Lead

The Priory Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the administrative team at our Wellbeing Centre.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the administration team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Liaise with clients, therapists, and other external parties to resolve queries and issues
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to meet regulatory requirements
- Oversee billing, debt management, and financial tracking to ensure timely payments
- Supervise the ordering and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and office materials
- Ensure effective patient file management, correspondence, and feedback collection
- Support therapy teams in scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and monitoring referrals
- Participate in promotional activities to enhance therapy packages and services
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year's customer-facing experience in an administrative capacity
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in standard office applications and software
- Good working knowledge of complaint procedures and relevant legislation
The Priory Group provides a supportive work environment, opportunities for career growth, and competitive remuneration packages. This role comes with a salary range of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
