Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, including guaranteed on-call payments of £40/night, with an average of 46 nights per annum. Additional benefits include quarterly team performance bonuses, annual leave starting at 23 days, rising to 25 days within 2 years, life insurance cover, company pension scheme, finance and protection through SimplyHealth, car leasing scheme, and a company vehicle.

About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include providing support and reassurance to oxygen therapy users and their families, installing and maintaining respiratory equipment in line with SLA with the NHS, day-to-day management of workload offering a professional service to patients, operating and maintaining safe working practices, participating in an 'On Call Rota', responding to Ad Hoc requests from the Healthcare Helpline, maintaining high standards of driving proficiency, following good housekeeping practices, and maintaining safe practices when loading and unloading equipment.
