Human Resources Coordinator

Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Northern Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for HR functions across our Trust sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine administrative duties, including data input and maintenance of HR filing systems.
- Assist with vetting checks for new staff and collate recruitment and equality and diversity data.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Experience or a keen interest in the Human Resources function.
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
