Results-Focused Sales Leader

We are The Ninja Group, a innovative provider of financial and administrative services. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional services sales and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company and contribute to its expansion.
You will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them. In addition, you will take ownership of building and leading a sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
The successful candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. They will also have experience working in a hybrid remote environment and be comfortable with frequent travel to meetings and client visits.
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
