About This Role: As Children's Minister at Cogges Church, you will play a key part in developing our children's ministry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging programs for children of all ages.
  • Work closely with our church staff team to build relationships with local schools and communities.
  • Collaborate with other ministers to create a comprehensive youth and family strategy.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children within our care.

Person Specification:

A strong Christian faith and a passion for working with children and families. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Competitive Salary and Benefits: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum.
