IT Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to support our IT operations at various sites. The successful candidate will work as part of our technical IT team, ensuring that employees have access to the technology resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, commercial experience in service management, and working knowledge of IT systems. Key responsibilities include dealing with phone calls and emails promptly, providing remote support and fixes, and maintaining and administering user accounts. We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. What You'll Do:
- Deal with phone calls and emails from employees across various sites, responding promptly and professionally to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.
- Provide remote support and fixes for a range of IT-related problems, using your working knowledge of IT systems to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain and administer user accounts, ensuring that all employees have secure and reliable access to the technology resources they need.
- Educate users on the proper use of IT systems and procedures, promoting best practices and minimizing the risk of data loss or system downtime.
